This project entails the design, installation, and integration of a comprehensive home automation system at this luxury residential property, with a special focus on creating a state-of-the-art cinema room and fully automated home, utilising a Control 4 solution to manage and integrate the lighting control, climate control, security and surveillance and the multi room audio and video distribution, all controlled from the dedicated touch screens and apps on the client’s devices.
There was a strong emphasis on customising the automation settings to the homeowner’s preferences, such as automated routines such as blinds closing at sunset, security system arming at bedtime and personalised scenes for different activities, like "Morning Wake-Up" making the clients experience as simple and tailored as possible.
