Presenting our latest completed project in surrey. KNX keypads throughout their home allows simple control of lighting, adjusting heating and cooling temperatures and shade control. This single keypad not only reduces the amount of panels on the wall but in addition has an inbuilt temperature sensors.
Control4 automation was chosen to handle all areas of KNX integration into an intuitive interface that also allows control of the audio around the property, TV and 4k video content distribution and control of a bespoke 4k projection cinema room. The bespoke cinema room consists of a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos speaker package to provide an immersive surround experience, married with a native 4k projector and 4k content the clients can experience what the director has intended within their own private screening room.
Control4 touch screens positioned around the home allows 2 way communication with the main gate whether you are at home or away from the house. A hard wired Texecom alarm system has been designed and commissioned to secure the property. In addition 4k IP CCTV cameras have been installed to provide a further layer of security for the family with easy access to live content/ recordings and motion notification.
