The Electrical, AV & Fire & Security installation was designed and installed by our in-house team. Rako controls were the chosen mood lighting system to handle all areas of lighting and shade control.
Control4 was the chosen automation system to allow gate intercom control with 2-way audio and one way video to the internal touchscreens installed across the house as well multi room audio via in-ceiling speakers always the clients an intuitive way to browse and control their music content. A managed Ruckus system was deployed to manage all areas of the hard wired and wireless network.
The audio visual was topped off with a bespoke media room to enjoy films and sports with family and friends.
