This project involved the electrical fit-out of a newly constructed commercial office lobby. Works included the installation of lighting control, general power requirements and emergency lighting, and lighting control systems to support energy efficiency and compliance. The electrical scope was delivered in coordination with other services as part of the overall new build, ensuring integration with architectural and mechanical elements.
